USAA is currently seeking a talented Advisor - Benefits for our San Antonio, TX location.

As an Advisor - Benefits for USAA, you will research industry concepts and programs that affect employee effectiveness and develop work life solutions as well as serve as a performance evaluator for work life suppliers. You will develop efficient work life programs and metrics to sustain and evaluate them. You will identify and resolve business, employee and vendor issues.

Qualified candidates need to possess:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

3 years of progressive human resources benefits or related work experience to include advisory type work for work life programs.

Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office products and other software to be used to develop analyses, charts, learning modules and/or supporting documentation.

Preferred experience includes:
Understanding of child development centers operations and other child related work life programs.
Project management skills.
Ability to analyze data.
Understanding of the military (USERRA).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Experience negotiating contracts.
Experience working with different business areas/CoSAs.
