Affirmative Action Specialist

Peopleclick has an exciting opportunity for an Affirmative Action Specialist in our Irving, Texas office.This position provides consulting services to clients regarding their affirmative action plans (AAP's). These services include:
?Developing AAP's that are compliant with federal regulations
?Analyzing employee, market, compensation, and demographic data to create detailed reports.
?Educating and advising clients regarding their obligations through conference calls, emails, and training (on and off site).
?Preparing resource material and conducts training for clients on a variety of topics, such as AAPs' audits, and diversity.
?Communicating regularly with clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product and services.
?Assisting co-workers with projects and trouble-shooting to ensure that company and departmental goals are met.
?Reviewing projects and communications of others to ensure accuracy and quality and departmental goals and deliverables are met.

Education:
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field. If no degree, equivalent experience (1 ? years of experience = 1 year of college) will be considered.

Base:
Fully-qualified level handles moderately complex to complex problems and has latitude for independent judgment. Minimum three (3) years of consulting experience that includes analyzing customers? business needs and developing and incorporating solutions. Good knowledge of Peopleclick products and services. Good organizational, time management and project management skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
