Agency Recruiter

State Farm has an Agency Recruiter position available in Orlando, Florida. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process for placement in Agency opportunities.

We are looking for individuals with experience in sourcing, cold calling and recruiting passive candidates. Additional responsibilities and skills:

-Performs searches for qualified candidates according to Agency opportunity criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, and agency and employee referrals.

-Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of principals and methods for communicating, promoting, and selling business opportunities.

-Develops and implements innovative approaches to align recruiting activities with business needs and goals.

-Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to assist in developing marketing recruiting strategies and educating partners.
