Agency Recruiting Manager

With more than 75.9 million policies and accounts, State Farm is looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to work with its agency leadership team to lead, plan, and design the zone's agency sales force expansion efforts. The person selected for this newly created position will also assist agency leadership in determining agent placement and recruitment strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction for agent identification and selection to achieve zone and enterprise agent growth goals
- Develop and continually assess the effectiveness of the zone wide agency recruiting strategy
- Consult on productivity for recruiting
- Oversee staff in execution of daily activities

The ideal individual will have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting management experience, preferably in a sales environment. A college degree is preferred. This position requires periodic travel throughout Texas and attendance at industry, trade, and professional meetings or conferences.
