Licensing Compliance Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

? Ensure compliance with various State and Federal licensing requirements.

? Ensure accuracy of data in the system for efficient integration with telephony system. Work with Legal, Human Resources and other departments to determine licensing requirements and needs.

? Perform full-cycle special project coordination including research, analysis, implementation, and administration.

? Perform all duties in accordance with AMC policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Facilitate and administer the compliance process by gathering forms and various documents required to apply for appropriate licensing requirements.
- Facilitate communication between Production Center and Corporate.
- Responsible for the on-boarding process for new hires in regards to licensing issues.
- Maintain the licensing process and requirements for inter-company transfers.
- Work with Corporate HR departments on the Spanish Speaking Certification Process
- Monitor licensing for Ameriquest sales and processing teams.
- Perform audits and reporting as needed to ensure data is correct in the system.
- Maintain "real-time" data, ensuring that information is immediately processed in the system.
- Assist with DOL audits as needed
- Input requirements into PeopleSoft for tracking reasons and conduct audits.
- Document procedures in regards to various compliance requirements and procedures.
- Work closely with and maintain communication with other departments as necessary.
- Ensure that the Company is in compliance with maintaining records and reporting requirements (i.e. worker?s compensation).
- Research, implement, and maintain various projects relating to compliance issues as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & LICENSES:

- Basic knowledge of State and Federal regulations.
- Very detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and communication skills

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years work experience in a related, professional environment
- PeopleSoft or equivalent HRIS product experience preferred
- Compliance or regulatory experience preferred.
