Are You A Strong Recruiter?

Are you a recruiter with a proven strategy? Do you enjoy working in and have knowledge of the trucking industry?

Kelly Services is partnering with a Seattle area trucking company to find two experienced recruiters. The recruiters will mainly be in charge of recruiting truck drivers. These recruiters need to have a strong and more aggressive approach to their recruiting and some background in sales. The recruiters will work with the Sales and Operations teams and be able to retain employees as well as recruit for them.

Duties will include:

- researching effective recruitment techniques and current trends and implementing recruiting plan

- Posting job bulletins and advertisements in various resources

- Fielding and responding applicant inquiries

- Screens applicants for qualifications
