Area Director of Human Resources

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Area Director of Human Resources. This position will provide support services to the Central portion of the United States.  The Area Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing human resources support to Customer Service Centers, Regions, and Area management teams within the assigned area.  This position requires considerable travel and will office in our Central Area office in Fort Worth, TX.

 

 

The position requires:

? Bachelor?s Degree in business or related field, advanced degree preferred.

? Minimum seven years of progressively responsible HR management experience in large, complex organization.

? Must have experience in both employee and labor relations, with key responsibilities for labor negotiations, union avoidance, CBA drafting and administration.

? Knowledge and skills of cutting edge HR practices, employee relations, P&P development/administration, and application of employment and labor laws.

? Must possess leadership and collaborative skills with demonstrated ability to build partnerships with internal and external customers.

? Must have demonstrated ability in counseling, coaching, conflict resolution, project management and training.

? Excellent oral and written communication skills.

? Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
