My client is a successful upscale retail company; the leader in its niche. This position will be based out of their regional office located in NYC.



Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, and compliance, along with overseeing the payroll function. You'll oversee HR activities for a group of stores with this exciting retailer.



Requirements:

You should have have 2-3 years of retail human resources experience, ideally in a multi-unit environment. You must be organized along with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills and be able to juggle many activities at a time. Position requires minimal travel.
