We need an Area Manager for - Administrative Support

We are looking for leaders!  Premier is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Our goal is to create customized and integrated programs of labor services, technology and materials management that make measurable improvements in our customers' quality, production uptime and total cost.

 

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager with supervisory experience. Our account is with a major Automobile Manufacturer in the Irvine Area.  This person must be very detailed oriented with the ability to work in an environment with many distractions.  Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary as well as a polished business presence.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

 

A minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibilities in Office Administration with current supervisory experience and possess exceptional organizational skills.  In addition, this person should have:

 

? Leadership and Management Skills

? Team Building Experience

? Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Word and Excel) are required.

? Purchasing and Billing experience.

? Ability to manage office administrative processes.

? Professional attitude and organizational abilities.

? Ability to work with minimum supervision.

? Payroll experience.

 

Salary (40K ? 45K) based on skills and experience

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Manage ten to twelve hourly employees who staff the Mail Room, Copier Center, Receptionist Station and Event Coordination Activities. 

 

Administrative Support Requirements:

? Administer employee payroll

? Process Site Incoming and Outgoing Mail

? Order supplies / materials

? Administer accounts payables

? Prepare Invoices

? Create reports

? Filing

 

Event Coordination Requirements:

?  Schedule meeting rooms/spaces on Outlook, responding electronically to requestor.

?  Schedule and facilitate production meetings for large events, creating meeting minutes and distributing to attendees.

? Order and oversee the delivery, set-up and strike of rental furniture.

? Oversee and assist with furniture reconfigurations for meeting rooms.

? Create special project forms for customers (proposal for rentals and services) and obtain approval.

? Provide monthly reporting metrics on a timely basis of room and equipment usage and weekly schedules of all meeting and events.

? Close out billing of project.

 

 

Physical Requirements:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of job.

 

?  The employee is also required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). The employee is frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surface from 6-12 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.


?  The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus.
