Associate Analyst, Human Resources

As our Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Gathering recruiting data, producing monthly reports, analyzing the data and recommending trends based on information.
Developing a communication structure to share and disseminate findings.
Working closely with recruiters and management team.
Researching, evaluating and making recommendations based on recruiting best practices and industry norms.
Identifying process improvements & implementing enhancements to support the recruitment function.
Developing surveys, ways to capture survey data, and analyzing such data.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as demonstrated strengths in the following areas:
Strong analytical/quantitative skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, planning and organizing skills
Ability to take initiative in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
Human Resources, Recruiting and/or hiring practices knowledge and previous experience preferred
