Partnership/Relationship Management

Partner with recruiting team to gain detailed understanding of the department's goals and needs.


Collaborate with recruiters to ensure attainment of client's staffing needs from a quality, cost, time-to-fill and diversity perspective. Consult with recruiter on the development of appropriate and detailed job specifications and requirements.


Partner with recruiter to ensure a smooth, effective and efficient staffing process that meets the needs of the client and the staffing team. Serve as a process improvement advocate, continuously identifying opportunities for process efficiencies.


Assist recruiters in developing, building and maintaining relationships with local colleges, universities and various other local organizations in order to build a robust pipeline of candidates.

Recruitment

Source and screen candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies including but not limited to internal posting systems, external postings, the Internet, print advertisements, outreach efforts, employee referrals, etc. Participate in job fairs and campus events as needed to assist recruitment efforts and maintain a continuous flow of candidates. Develop functional expertise in identifying specific sourcing strategies for specific job profiles.


Prescreen candidates based on valid, job specific, screening criteria. Evaluate and review qualified candidates with assigned recruiter and clients.

Administration

Schedule and confirm candidates for interviews and testing. Grade behavioral tests in an accurate and timely fashion.


Perform appropriate, consistent and regular applicant tracking maintenance (i.e. opening and closing of requisitions and conducting timely updates to candidates' status).


Follow up with candidates in a timely fashion providing appropriate feedback (written and verbal) when necessary.


Maintain recruitment files and ensure all documents are filed in a timely and FCC-compliant manner.


Where appropriate, manage third-party relationships, making sure that service level agreements with vendors are being followed.

Qualifications

Must have 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources. Recruiting experience is required.


Some college education required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or business-related field is highly preferred.


Must possess a high degree of energy, enthusiasm, sense of urgency and customer service skills.


Must possess a high degree of professionalism. Must have the business savvy and acumen to generate buy-in from colleagues, internal clients and must have the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients and candidates during all phases of the recruitment process.


Should possess excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven working environment.


Must be able to demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment.


Must have strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. Experience with internet applicant tracking systems, such as Brass Ring, is required.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of detail organization are a must.


Must be a team player, yet have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
