Associate Resource Manager - Honeywell
Manpower, Inc., a global leader in the human resource solutions industry, has a challenging associate resource manager position in Vendor Operations available in NJ or Phoenix, AZ. The Resource Manager oversees the day-to-day relationship between the customer, Manpower field and sub-contractors with respect to order and assignment management activities. Manages the day-to-day process outlined in our VMS program providing quality candidates for the customer.
Major Accountabilities
Assist the Resource Manager in the order management process
Assist the Resource Manager in reviewing candidate's qualifications for non-competitive bids
Accept and distribute all newly approved validated orders
Assist in the management of all contractor assignment data
Assist in documentation of program compliance issues
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Manpower
Assist Manpower Professional and Staffing Offices in increasing the market share
Completing all assignment paperwork on a timely manner
Assist with the collection of all new assignment paperwork
Experience/Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or combination of education and/or experience.
Minimum of 18 months of staffing or recruiting assistant experience.
Demonstrated ability to analyze information, people, data and other resources to determine courses of action
Ability to be accessible by pager or cell-phone, if required
Above average communications skills (oral, written, and listening)
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Internet base order management tools)
