The Hebrew Home for the Aged at Riverdale, a nationally acclaimed, not-for-profit, nonsectarian geriatric center located along the Hudson River, has an opportunity for a Benefits Coordinator to join our fast paced dynamic HR team which is committed and focused on excellence. Responsibilities of this position include comprehensive benefits administration/conducting new hire benefits orientation and enrollment processing/COBRA processing/unemployment processing/and processing billing for payment of medical, dental, life insurance for over 500 employees.
Ideal candidate must possess at least four-years progressive benefits administration experience within a large organization, Bachelor?s degree and Health care experience preferred. Candidate must be detail oriented, possess excellent oral/written communication and mathematical skills and superior interpersonal/conflict resolution skills to assist our employee population. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows required. ADP/HRizon/Peoplesoft a plus.
