Benefits Administrator

YRCI is seeking candidates for a full time Benefits Administrator for our client, a leader in the planning, design, and program management professions working in partnership with public- and private-sector clients locally, regionally, and nationally. Their multi-disciplinary staff includes engineers, architects, planners, surveyors, environmental scientists, and many specialized experts. They offer an integrated service approach with a commitment to value and performance.

 

The selected individual must have a minimum of 2-4 years experience supporting 500+ employees working specifically in the field of employee benefits, in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor?s degree preferred. HRIS experience required, JD Edwards a plus. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must. This individual must also be a real team player with a desire to support employees and complement Corporate HR staff. Position will be responsible for handling Disability/FMLA/LOA administration, COBRA, benefit questions/claims issue resolution, monthly insurance bill processing, new hire orientation, and other projects as assigned.
