Description
Job Description:
The Benefits Analyst assists in managing & coordinating the planning, implementation and administration of various associate global benefits programs ensuring cost-effectiveness, market competitiveness and consistency with overall strategic plans and objectives.
Responsible for the day to day administration of medical, dental, life insurance, disability and worker?s compensation plans/programs. Ensures firms compliance with federal and state laws. Has working knowledge and familiarity with benefits programs including FMLA; COBRA; HIPAA; ERISA and other Benefits related regulations. Experience with defined contribution plans and International Benefits preferred.
Interface with vendors, develops and updates and/or presents various communications, such as annual open enrollment meetings.
Work with minimum supervision and has some latitude for independent action or decision.
Qualified candidate will be detailed oriented with Bachelor?s degree in related field along with a minimum of 4 years related experience.
Strong communication skills and working knowledge of Word, Excel required.
Knowledge of SAP a plus.
