Benefits Assistant

 

Jackson Safety, a leading manufacturer and distributor of safety products, is seeking a Benefits Assistant at their corporate office in Fenton, Missouri. 

 

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

 Maintain corporate benefit filesProcess 401(k) enrollment applications, distributions and loansPrepare reports to account for an audit group benefit expenses and incomeHandle phone calls from employees concerning coverage or claim paymentsProcess monthly invoices from vendorsOversee corporate enrollment and confirmation processSubmit short term income claims forms and process wire transfersAudit and pay invoicesTrack FMLAAdminister life insurance increase requests

 

Successful candidate must possess a degree/certificate from 2 year college or technical school with a minimum of 3 years experience in a benefits related field.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
