You will train clients on our Benergy system, troubleshoot setup and system issues; identify opportunities for operational improvements to existing systems; analyze work process, requirements and costs of implementing service requests; implement systems; prepare production documentation and instructions; prepare and maintain technical and user system manuals; and provide training on new procedures.

Job Requirements: BA degree or equivalent. Must have benefits knowledge along with customer service experience. Must also be able to work effectively in a team environment and have effective communication skills, both written and verbal along with exceptional organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of software applications, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Must have a strong systems background - payroll systems, benefit administration systems or HRIS a plus.
