Benefits Clerk to $25,890k+ - Outsourcing Services

Job Description: The overall objective of this position is to assist the benefits department with administrative duties required to provide company benefits to our employees.

Job Description:
Prepare, compile and disburse enrollment packets
Complete data research as required
Assist with data entry as required
Fold and stuff monthly benefit invoices for mailing
General benefit filing duties
General 401(k) filing duties
Special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year of office clerical experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to uphold highest level of confidentiality
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
Candidate should not be involved in any progressive discipline steps
