This position will provide oversight and support for US and worldwide benefits planning along with overseeing the administration of the global assignment plan, HR communications and Sarbanes Oxley compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-5 years experience in Benefits/Compensation with a focus on benefits.
- Solid knowledge of US benefits programs and basic understanding of worldwide benefits.
- Knowledge of 401(k) and other benefits.
- Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
