Description:
- Develop cost-effective policies, programs, and services for the corporation to assist employees in balancing work/family responsibilities
- Create a culture which understands work/family balance, and manages its workforce in a way that allows them to be productive
- Develop and deliver communication tools to increase employee and supervisory awareness of the work-life issues and the policies, programs, and services available
- Particular emphasis in this role will be Health Promotion and Health Awareness programming.
Qualifications:
- BS in Business, LIR, or related major required, graduate degree preferred
- 6+ years of HR functional work experience required, previous experience with Benefits and Health Promotion programs preferred
- Large Program/ Project Management expertise required, experience as the project lead preferred
- Experience with project management tools like project plans, issues tracking, status reporting, implementation support required
- Demonstrated ability to implement project through to completion required
- Previous experience with design and implementation of work/life or health promotion programs strongly preferred..
