Our ideal candidate is passionate about Human Resources and about learning. The Benefits Representative position is an excellent entry into the Human Resources field offering the opportunity to gain a broad background in benefits, compensation, and HRIS. Behr hosts a demanding, high performance work environment. Behr employees must be able to work independently, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. The Benefits Representative administers several benefits programs, including pensions, 401(k), health, life, and disability. Responsibilities encompass vendor relationship management, issue resolution, cost control, and consultation to a variety of in-house HR professionals. Providing support for department initiatives such as compensation analysis, cost reduction, employee communications, compliance, documentation, and system development are key as well.
Requirements: Bachelor?s degree plus 1-3 years work experience in a professional capacity; advanced PC skills, including Excel; experience with data bases and/or robust applications such as SAP or Peoplesoft; strong math and data analysis skills; detail orientated
