Overview of position:

Under general supervision, the Benefits Specialist coordinates the administration of the Company?s benefit programs such as medical, dental, STD/LTD, life insurance, 401(k), pension, retiree medical and life insurance and other benefits for all ISP employees. Consults with and advises employees on their eligibility for these and other related benefits. Maintains benefit records and documents necessary for implementing benefit coverage. Assists in other employee benefit communications.


Requirements:

3-5 years benefits/human resources experience

***Knowledge of JDEdwards***

Team oriented with ability to interact at all levels of organization.
Ability to adapt to changes in priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communication in a collaborative matter with top customer service skills.
Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to follow and communicate standard business procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent listening, oral and written communication skills, tact, patience, and courtesy.
