Cardington Yutaka Technologies, Inc. a leading manufacturer of automotive parts is currently seeking a Benefits Staff member for our Administration Department. We believe in WORKING TOGETHER TO BUILD OUR FUTURE and seek the newest addition to our team. 

 BENEFITS STAFF

The essential functions of the position include: 

Tracking of employee eligibility for benefits participation

Processing of open enrollment and new hire enrollment in multiple benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, STD and LTD insurances and 401(k) plan.

Processing of benefits cancellations for terminated employees.

COBRA administration.

Reconciliation of monthly invoices from third party insurance providers.

FMLA administration

Response to employee questions concerning benefits and/or pending claims.

Knowledge and Skills:

Minimum of Associate's degree or equivalent knowledge obtained through work experience in a human resources capacity, ability to plan and manage multiple projects, intermediate computer skills including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, professional ability and experience communicating with all associate levels in a fast-paced environment, ability to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports, minimum of five (5) years experience.
