Compensation Coordinator. SUMMARY

Provide administrative assistance on various projects for the Workers? Compensation Specialist and Benefits Specialists.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 Access Risxfacs (Workers? Compensation provider company website).  Print and send out notification of new claims to appropriate staff.  Preview claim information and spot or troublshoot suspicious or questionable claims.Retrieve, open and distribute mail.Reply to requests for employee wage and employment information.FilingParticipate in monthly reporting process.  (Knowledge of Excel is critical)Process Leave of Absence Requests.Process Tuition Reimbursements.Miscellaneous duties or projects as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Excellent customer service skills are required.
