Bi-Lingual HR Administration Assistant

DESCRIPTION: To provide administrative support for the President and the Human Resource Sr. Manager.



QUALIFICATIONS:



Knowledge/Training:




Excellent Japanese and English language skills, including verbal and written translation/interpretation.




Ability to prepare written confidential correspondence, periodical reports, presentation materials and other documents in appropriate formats using word processing and spreadsheet software.




Excellent interpersonal skills.




Excellent organizational skills.




Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.




Proficient in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Word and Excel.





 

Education/Experience:


High School Diploma or GED with post-secondary training in business information systems, office management and/or word processing and spreadsheet applications plus 6 years experience in a position requiring extensive use of Microsoft office software.





Or




Associates degree or 2 years college (60 semester hours) in business information systems or closely related curriculum plus 2 years experience in a position requiring extensive use of Microsoft office software.
