The successful candidate wills posses a minimum of eight years in a HR Management or Director roll.  Concentrating on training and development with knowledge in benefits and recruiting.  Position will offer 10% travel to Spain, Puerto Rico and Mexico.  Candidate must speak fluent Spanish as well as read and write.  Must be professional and polished.  Must have innovative and creative ideas to help develop a corporate culture and bring new training styles to an ever growing organization.
