Bilingual HR Recruiter

INFINITY INSURANCE COMPANY is a leader in the auto insurance industry with over 2,000 employees nationwide.  Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Bilingual HR Recruiter to work out of our Cerritos, California Field Office.

 

Duties may include:
Determining the best method of advertising or sourcing candidates to fill assigned openings
Develop and maintain relationships with local colleges and universities, civic organizations, state employment services, etc.
Phone screen candidates and schedule for pre-employment testing
Maintains and manages database of applicants in online tracking system
Represents the company as requested to enhance the image with the Hispanic community
Runs necessary background checks for each qualified candidate
Conducts interviews and/or schedules interviews for hiring managers
Obtains approvals to make offer, arranges pre-employment drug screening and makes employment offers
Coordinates scheduling and administering of orientation

 

Requirements:
A B.S. in Human Resources Management and one year of recruiting experience or three years of recruiting experience  with responsibility for sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates with exposure to employment law and processes
Must demonstrate strong knowledge of HR Administrations practices, personnel laws and compliance issues
Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing REQUIRED
Must have experience recruiting via online postings websites
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner
