Bilingual On-site Manager

Do you have experience recruiting and supervising in the fast-paced packaging industry? If so, Hatch Staffing Services has the opportunity for you. We are seeking an individual who likes to work independently, where they would be responsible for their own decisions and day to day activities. Individual will manage all HR related activities for our client, recruit and supervise a team of 40-60 employees, and maximize productivity of individuals daily. Position requires experience in a warehouse environment, with recruiting and management experience.

Key functions of position: Manage client relationship on-site to ensure productivity and business objectives are met. Use recruitment tools to ensure solid candidate flow and daily labor count is met. Ensure all candidate backgrounds and applications are complete. Conduct on-site orientations and train and coach staff daily. Administer all payroll and timecard information for all employees. Supervise staff addressing any problems or concerns on the floor, coach, counsel and take correct disciplinary action when necessary.

 

This position is located in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

 

Requirements for Position:

Bachelors degree or 5 years industry experience
Understanding of recruitment and interviewing process
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail
Supervisory experience
Experience working in fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
Must be bilingual in Spanish
