Bilingual Recruiter
Description:
This position is responsbile for recruting, screening and selecting the most qualified candidates for the Chandler Call Center's customer service positions. This includes:
-the identification of various and diverse recruitment resources
-sourcing candidates
-prescreening and full interview responsibility
-presenting the most qualifieid candidates for hiring manager consideration
-creating and extending job offers
-maintaining and managing a funnel of qualified candidates for future staffing needs
-extensive candidate and recruitment source tracking and reporting
-development of external networking relationships, ie: colleges, community organizations, etc.
-responsible for improving quality of hire and reducing cost per hire
-support the facilitatation of new hire orientation and other various training programs
-other HR responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, including sourcing, recruiting, staffing and interviewing experience
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
-Associates or Bachelors degree or the equivalent work experience
-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a timely and efficient manner
-Knowledge of federal & state employment laws
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
-Ability to prioritize work, ensuring goals and objectives are met
-Strong analytical ability
-Excellent organization and follow up skills
.Ability to overachieve in an ever-changing, fast paced environment in a professional manner
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Ability to work an alternative schedule required, including evenings and possible weekends
