Bilingual Recruiting & Training Coordinator

?Largest boat manufacturer in South Florida (Miami) is  looking for a bilingual (Eng/Span - A MUST) individual to coordinate the recruiting and training efforts of plant personnel. Must have manufacturing recruiting background. Selected individuals will be involved in the following: Recruiting: ?Recruits all hourly personnel needed at the plant level ?Identifies additional recruiting sources besides present ones ?Establishes and maintains a good rapport with all recruiting sources ?Maintains all recruiting sources well informed on all vacancies. ?Identifies, screens, and selects the right candidates for interviews ?Interviews all available candidates ?Recommeds employees for hire ?Presents offers to candidates with Director of HR?s approval. ?Develop and places ads in all available media (newspapers, websites, stae agencies, radio, television, etc) ?Develops and carries out Job Fairs as needed. ?Offers innovative approaches to recruiting. ?Conducts area wage & benefit surveys when needed ?Travels to recruiting aresa as needed ?Maintains HR director inform on all aspects of recruiting ? Training: ?Develop and implement training programs for positions required at plant level ?Assist with the improvement of current training programs. ?Assist identifying additional skills training for plant personnel ?Maintains present tarining sources and identifiesc new training sources. ?Works w/ HR Director to obtain State/City funds available for training. ?Overall responsibility of the Bertram Training School . We offer: * Competitive salary* Excellent benefit package* Superb working environmennt* Excellent career opportunity for the right person Please send resume to: manolo.perez@bertram.com .
