Loomis, Fargo & Co. is the leader in armored car, ATM, and Cash Management services, and we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide professional HR support to our Bay Area operations. Focus areas include: staffing, management and employee counseling, employee relations, employee communications, recognition and involvement programs, and HR process improvement.



Position requires a Bachelor?s Degree in Business (HR preferred) or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of applicable, professional HR generalist experience, excellent communications, analytical, problem-solving skills, initiative and creativity, and working knowledge of personal computers, especially Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity and experience with federal and state regulatory agencies and climate critical. Must be able to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.  Labor experience preferred.
