Command Center, a growing provider of the Staffing industry, is recruiting for a Business Development Specialist for Events to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK.  This position will manage post event maintenance in addition to the responsibilities below.  This position reports to the Branch Manager.

 

Job Responsibilities

 Assist Branch Manager with new customers, job site evaluations, business development, telemarketing, sales and managing employees.Manage the following functions:  collections, worker?s compensation, purchasing and maintaining customer relations.Recruit and dispatch temporary employees.Prepare and track reports.Data entry.Various administrative tasks as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

 Background in recruiting, human resources and placement.Process and screen employees for specific jobs ensuring best fit for positions.General office knowledge.Effective time management skills in a rapidly changing environment.Professional demeanor to resolve any challenges that arise on the job.Team oriented player.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Commercial cleaning experience required
