CLINICAL RECRUITMENT MANAGER

These are the qualities we seek at the University of Maryland Medical Center - a major teaching hospital and regional referral center - for this key role to direct, assess and develop our professional recruitment program.

As Clinical Recruitment Manager, you will coordinate all daily departmental operations, support staff training and professional development efforts. We are looking for a hands-on leader who wants to be involved in the day to day recruitment of prospective employees. In addition, we will rely on you to oversee the pre-employment process of all RNs and other clinical positions.

Qualifications include a current RN licensure, a BSN, and 5 years of professional recruitment experience with supervisory experience preferred and excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
