Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Qualifications
3-5 year?s experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.
A Bachelor?s Degree is preferred.
General compensation knowledge required including compliance with state and federal laws that apply to the plans.
Strong problem solving, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will be well organized, detailed oriented and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player.
Strong MS Office skills required including Word, Excel and Access.
PowerPoint will be useful.
Requires HRIS experience including writing queries, PeopleSoft a plus.
Fast-paced general office environment.
Must be flexible and work overtime when required.
Regular travel is not expected in this position; however, travel around scheduled projects such as program rollouts may be necessary.
Large multi-location company background preferred.
Responsibilities
In concert with a Compensation Manager, partners with HR and business lines to evaluate, design and implement competitive compensation programs. Provides consultative services to HR Generalists and line management within client group. Conducts analyses of compensation data, models financial and organizational impact of programs, and assists in the translation of business strategies to effective compensation programs. Manages projects such as survey participation, evaluation of external market competitiveness, internal equity analyses, incentive program evaluation, and annual performance review. Utilizes PeopleSoft HRIS system to generate queries and participate in training and communications of compensation related programs.
