This highly-visible position has responsibility for the design, implementation and maintenance of the company?s compensation and benefits programs outside North America . You will partner with Enterprise-wide Compensation and Benefits departments and regional leadership to set compensation and benefits direction and policy to support overall strategy and direction of the international business in accordance with the Global Compensation and Benefits Philosophy, in Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Specifically, you will direct international salary administration, job evaluation, annual merit programs and salary range adjustment programs; manage the participation and analysis of global, national and local compensation and benefits surveys to create benefit programs, salary ranges and geographic differentials for all non-U.S. locations; ensure the organization?s compensation and benefits objectives and competitive position in the market place are maintained and are aligned with the corporation?s global strategy; oversee international benefit costs, ensuring benefits are competitive and cost effective; report, monitor and analyze international benefits costs on an ongoing basis; and design and manage the international aspects of the annual incentive plan programs, policies, guidelines and annual payment calculations. A Bachelor?s degree is required (MBA ++), as well as attainment of the Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and/or Global Remuneration Professional designations preferred. 10+ years of appropriate experience working in a multi-national company can qualify you. You will direct all aspects of global compensation policy and procedure development and communication, ensuring the compliance of compensation legal matters and reporting on a global basis, while overseeing all immigration and international assignee projects and programs. Specifically, you will: Evaluate current, as well as design and develop new, compensation programs, including specialized programs for executives, sales incentives and international assignments, which support business objectives and reinforce HR management strategy; Direct and manage the administration of the job evaluation system and all global compensation programs; 3-year planning for base salary, Management Incentive Plan and sales incentive programs, stock plan and Long Term Incentive Plans; Partner with IT team to ensure that processes and systems reflect and support compensation policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have 10+ yrs experience, including dealing with senior executives and members of the Board of Directors, and an advanced designation (such as CCP).
