Overview

The Campus Recruiter will provide undergraduate recruiting support to the Boston and Chicago offices of L.E.K.  The Recruiter will be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.  This person will also assist in the implementation of undergraduate recruiting strategies and continue to build L.E.K.'s reputation as a top employer amongst undergraduates.

 

Responsibilities

The Campus Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire undergraduate recruiting process for the Boston and Chicago office including, but not limited to:Sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates;Acting as the school liaison;Scheduling interviews, travel arrangements, tracking and corresponding with candidates;Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all candidate communications which may include: offer letters, regret letters, and any other personalized communications;Preparation of all on and off campus events;Develop creative and efficient sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions;Maintaining candidate files;Managing school teams;Monitoring recruiting budget;Develop rapport and relationships with a variety of management styles and personalities;Responsible for any off-cycle Associate hiring for both offices

 

Education

Bachelor's degree with a record of high academic achievement is required.

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have two to three years of campus recruiting experience, ideally in a consulting/professional services firm.  Skills required include strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.  The position will require travel to campuses and other L.E.K. offices.
