Smart has an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the HR/Recruiting team as the Campus Recruiting Manager in Devon, PA headquarters, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Baltimore MD,or Tysons Corner, VA.

Job Summary: The position will deliver strategic and tactical management of all campus recruiting results for Interns and undergraduates. This position is responsible for developing, communicating and driving the strategic college recruiting plan and vision. The position will lead Smart's Campus Recruiter professionals to manage the talent acquisition of new college graduates, interns and MBA's nationwide. The position will ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis of college recruiting metrics. Responsibilities: *Build relationships with deans, directors, professors and other staff of academic departments/career centers at target schools *Assist to drive key activities that will enable the team to meet the overall organizational goals and objectives. Serve as Project Manager for determined key initiative(s) each year *Work with Partners, Practice leaders to incorporate their needs and garner their participation *Manage the development of all activities such as presentations, career fairs, in-office and campus interviews, "sell" receptions/dinners to ensure efforts will achieve goals and objectives and participate in events as needed *Oversee campus recruiting, interviewing, hiring and orientation to ensure campus recruiting team strives to improve our image by having effective communications and follow established recruiting practices *Participate and support on-site interviewing and other campus events as needed *Coach and prepare recruiting teams for campus visits *Ensure data entry into the ATS is done and integrity is maintained to enforce importance of data capture for the purposes of ongoing evaluation and "true" assessment of results *Participate in any relevant HR/Recruiting associations that may assist in acquiring external best practices and expand the recruiter's network

Job Requirements:


BS/BA Human Resources, Business Management or relevant degree Minimum of five years of prior relevant consulting and/or recruiting experience Minimum of two years experience managing staff Experience implementing recruiting initiatives to improve current process Project, People, and Client Management skills required Strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter Individual must demonstrate strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Individual must also display excellent people and project management skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships Strong knowledge of the consulting industry, business terminology and processes is preferred Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Applicant Tracking Systems
