Campus Recruiting Manager-MBA

Job Description -- The recruiting manager will primarily be responsible for MBA hiring in the NY office.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Work closely with client service partners, HR managers, local practice
leaders and the regional campus recruiting leader to help strategically meet
the needs of the region (i.e. identify/clarify specific recruiting goals,
contribute to helping set full time and intern salaries)
- Proactively implement and execute MBA recruiting strategies to meet the
growing demands and needs in the NY market
- Manage campus recruiting relationships with professors, career centers, and
students at MBA priority and key sources
- Work with FRPs at our MBA priority and key schools to develop and assess the
school goals/objectives each year in order to help guide our efforts on campus
- Supervise Associates, ensure quality standards for their work, provide
guidance on career development issues; manage Associate evaluation process and
work with Regional Recruiting Leader to ensure evaluations are conducted
according to IFS guidelines
- Conduct interviewer training sessions, be a strategic NY recruiting lead in
the local market and communicate regularly with regional and national
recruiting leaders regarding local office updates and issues of concern
- Accumulate and analyze hiring statistics using the campus Recruiting Tracking
System (RTS) and communicate them on an on-going and real time basis to the
regional recruiting leader
- Ensure that RTS is up to date and that there is quality data in each profile
- Source quality candidates through a broad range of cost effective techniques
on campus and off, conduct screening and selection interviews, actively follow
up with candidates and deliver offers
- Provide thought leadership to the metro recruiting team related to our hiring
strategies, internship programs and diversity initiatives; working with the
lead diversity recruiter, ensure that all assigned NY practices meet/exceed the
diversity goal
- Become involved in special projects regionally and/or nationally related to
recruiting process improvement, training, and special programs
- Possess detailed knowledge of all PwC service lines

A minimum of 5 years of combined recruiting and relevant business experience
- PC proficiency with experience in Microsoft applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid knowledge of business
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to think logically and work independently
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and in great detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Prior campus recruiting and/or Big 4 audit experience is preferred
- Ability to travel to various college campuses for recruiting events
-Flexibility for overtime
