We are seeking a motivated and talented Career Agent for the Sullivan area.  This position is an excellent opportunity to build generalist skills or break into a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities include: Recruiting & Interviewing applicants Providing excellent customer service Managing Worker's Compensation Managing unemployment claims Scheduling employees Counseling employees Employee retention General human resource functions

 

Ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of customer service experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be responsible, self directed, service driven, people oriented and multi-tasking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
