Career Development Manager

We are currently looking for a Career Development Manager. This position will office in our corporate headquarters located in Fort Worth, TX.

 

Summary of Position

Works closely with the HR team and senior management to identify, develop and implement strategic organizational effectiveness initiatives that enhance performance, productivity and employee engagement levels.

 

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign, coordinate and implement company-wide organizational development solutions such as talent management, succession planning and career developmentInterface with HR team and senior executives to effectively plan and recommend training and non-training solutions to performance problems or career enhancementConsults with managers to create personal development plans and design and facilitate non-training interventions such as skill, interpersonal and career coaching.Provide coaching to employees in order to gain a more comprehensive view of their career development and choices.Identify current and future career development needs for employeesWork closely with the HR team to develop recruiting strategies that will ensure the selection of high quality candidates.Work closely with the HR team and management to develop and promote Avail internship program.

 

Skill/Experience RequirementsProven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.5+ years experience in culture and organizational change5+ years experience with design, development and re-engineering of processes and organizational structures.BS degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Business.Excellent verbal, written, planning, presentation, interpersonal and group communication skills.High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AccessPHR or SPHR a plusUp to 50% travel required
