Chief Administrative & Risk Officer- Human Resources
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as Chief of Staff of large Human Resources organization and report directly to the Head of Human Resources. Oversee all risk management, project management, budget planning--with primary emphasis on risk management. The individual will manage risk strategy within Human Resources and will develop and maintain risk policies and procedures. Will ensure compliance with appropriate regulations as well as ensuring policies and procedures are appropriate, communicated and adhered to throughout the organization. The individual will oversee the budget planning process, HRIS/payroll initiatives and assist in strategic planning. Will serve as a member of the Senior HR team and handle ad hoc and special initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS Degree required, MBA or Juris Doctor Degree a plus. A minimum of 10 years of HR generalist experience with particular expertise in risk management, compensation and/or benefits. A background in HR consulting, strategic planning, finance, internal controls and/or HR compliance related work helpful as well as knowledge of accounting/finance policies related to benefits and incentive compensation. Strong interpersonal skills coupled with organizational, analytical and spreadsheet skills necessary. Must be innovative and flexible in finding answers to challenging business questions.
