Claims and HR Coordinator

Job Purpose:

Manage the Worker's Compensation claims and support human resources processes.? Bilingual in Spanish necessary


Duties:

???????? Report and manage all company insurance claims.

???????? Maintain contact with insurance adjusters, doctors and all other persons related to insurance claims.

???????? Update and maintain OSHA 200 Log.

???????? Maintain Claims Database.

???????? Interview potential candidates for labor positions.

???????? Conduct New Hire Orientation.

???????? Assist in maintaining Employee Database.

???????? Handle daily employee needs and concerns.?

???????? Review driving records for company approved drivers.?

???????? Act as an intermediary between Spanish speaking employees and non-Spanish speaking employees.

???????? Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

???????? Order 5 week plane tickets for traveling crews

???????? Maintain I-9 information
