JOB SUMMARY:
Office supervisor is responsible for recruiting qualified candidates by interviewing, testing skills, performing reference checks. Satisfy customer’s needs by filling orders in timely manner with the most qualified candidate. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Track and maintain records of candidates, clients, and job listings. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Maintain knowledge of Adecco’s operations system, policies, procedures and guidelines. Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Recruiting / Interviewing qualified candidates
• Administrative functions to support all customer and candidate interactions
• Obtain information as to the particular needs of existing and prospective customers
• Develop/maintain recruiting strategy for candidates that will support current and future job listings
• Use technical and business vocabulary and have detailed knowledge of business operations
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience
• 5 years of recruitment and/or placement experience
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, set/prioritize management schedule (including scheduling in MS Outlook)
• Possess excellent problem solving, oral/written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Advance expertise with office systems applications. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
