College Recruiter for University Programs

Amazon.com is seeking a talented, high-energy recruiter, with a passion for University Programs to join our recruiting organization. The ideal candidate will own and drive candidate generation, candidate evaluation and lead the end to end process for regionally owned schools. Responsibilities include support of on-campus recruitment, job fairs, coordination of university relations activities with campus professionals, minority program advisors and student leaders and faculty. This person is also responsible for collecting and reporting all metrics related to candidates owned. Additional responsibilities include enhancing Amazon.com's brand and relationship on campus with key student groups and college career centers as a means to establish Amazon.com as the employer of choice for top technical talent.

Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management skill with proven track records in juggling and meeting multiple deadlines.
Experience in relocation, compensation and immigration issues.
Strong problem solving skills who balance the demands of the internal customer and the candidate.
Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to make data supported recommendations and influence a highly analytical audience via understanding of root issues, internal metrics and industry benchmarks.


Required Qualifications:


B.A. or B.S degree.

Ability to travel extensively (30-40%).

3+ years of recruiting experience.

Strong business acumen, sourcing skills and experience sourcing passive candidates.

Strong organization skills to track and measure activity.

Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent.


Preferred Qualifications:


University recruiting experience.

Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Amazon.com is recruiting for Seattle-based opportunities. Relocation to Seattle, WA is required.
