Columbus Campus Recruiting Senior

Job Description -- Campus Recruiting Senior Associates should support the campus and local
recruiting process to ensure PwC is # 1 employer in profession. A Senior
should also take ownership of specific programs or projects to begin developing
their management skills. This means the following for our Recruiting Senior
Associates:
Support the Recruiting Managers and RRL?s, on campus, with special projects and
administratively, in their efforts to source quality campus candidates for all
service lines
Build relationships with Local Practice Leaders, Partners, staff and
HR/Resource Managers to help motivate their participation in our recruiting
efforts
Work with our FRPs at our Key Schools they own to ensure that we are the # 1
employer at each of these Universities.

Specific responsibilities of our xLOS Recruiting Senior Associates are as
follows:

Manage campus relationships with Professors, Career Centers and students at Key
sources
General knowledge of all PwC Service Lines
Special projects, locally, regionally or nationally related to recruiting
process improvement, training and/or special programs
Support the campus recruiting process as assigned or as necessary
Maintain Recruiting Tracking System (RTS) in a real time basis and communicate
information to Recruiting Managers, Regional Leaders and National Leaders
Ensure that RTS is up to date and that there is quality data in each profile
Coordinate interview schedules with recruiters, client service staff and
candidates
Prepare correspondence for interns and new hires (i.e. offer letters, reject
letters, background checks, etc.)
Handle data entry to firm systems related to engaging new staff (Tracker)
Ensure file completeness and quality control standards for files are met
Screen resumes as needed
Coordinate and handle all administrative duties for events on campus and off
(i.e. order food, make travel arrangements, name tags etc.)
Communication with candidates and new hires answering questions and addressing
concerns
Coordinate payment of recruiting and candidate expenses. Research and follow up
on outstanding invoices
Order all necessary recruiting materials (brochures, giveaways, forms, etc.)

Job Requirement Essential

-4+ years of experience in recruiting support in public accounting, management consulting, or professional services firm strongly preferred.
- Must be able to travel extensively when requested (during certain times of the year), work overtime (during certain times of the year), and be flexible and adaptive to our changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
-Must have excellent computer, word processing skills and experience with Lotus Notes.
