Compensation Analyst

Compensation Analyst


Overview:

Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of Compensation programs, plans and procedures.


Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for the design, evaluation, and maintenance of all Compensation programs, salary and wage structures, and incentive plans in accordance with the Company's business strategies.
Functions include job analysis, job evaluation, job classification, market surveys and evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plans, Compensation procedures and policies.
Oversees the salary approval process.
Oversees administration of the Performance Review process relating to Compensation.
May participate in performance Review Board meetings.
Demonstrates customer service as a #1 priority through delivery of prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional assistance.



Skills Summary:
Bachelors degree in Business or related discipline preferred
Management experience preferred
Experience as Compensation analyst
Proficient in Word and Excel
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated skills in prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision
