Position Description:
This position supports AXA Tech's compensation programs globally including fixed, variable and expatriate compensation programs.

- Analysis of AXA Tech's global competitive position
- Assist with job matching and data collection for salary surveys
- Compile databases of results
- Develop charts and other exhibits for management reports

- Salary administration
- Support the annual global compensation review process (SIB, STIC, LTIC)
- Support US off-cycle salary review process - promotions, market adjustments, etc.

- Evaluate jobs using Hay and market data

- Other support
- Monitor headcount, salary expense and bonus accruals for US
- Generate ad hoc reports using HRIS system and other databases
- Participate in special projects as required

Minimum Requirements:
- 2-3 years of compensation experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft a Plus
