Compensation Associate

KPMG LLP provides audit, tax and advisory services to a broad range of clients. KPMG?s commitment to its clients is demonstrated in our client service delivery approach with cross-functional teams that extend across industry segments. We are currently seeking a Compensation Associate to join us in our Montvale office.

Responsibilities:

?Contribute to compensation/salary review programs improvements, efficiencies and enhancements for the firm
?Provide data analysis and work on compensation projects with other compensation team members
?Assist in the development of high level presentations that will be delivered to leadership
?Participate in salary survey submissions and analysis of results
?Handle ad hoc analytical requests from internal clients and works closely with other compensation team members in advising with their internal clients
?Analyze and report compensation information and trends
?Participate in firmwide projects involving extensive compensation analysis and modeling

Qualifications:

?Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college/university
?Two years of related experience
?Highly detailed analytical and organizational skills
?Experience in heavy data analysis
?Exceptional computer and technical skills particularly including MS Excel, Access or other database experience
?Strong verbal and written communication skills
?Team player
