Our customer in Sussex, WI is seeking a creative, energetic
Compensation/Benefits Analyst to join their constantly changing, fast-paced team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compensation/benefits initiatives, while ensuring consistent interpretation and application of corporate policies and practices.

Qualifications : Thorough understanding of compensation and benefits law and practices and strong partnering skills are essential. Supervisory experience is a plus. Excellent computer skills in MS Office application required. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources plus 5 years related experience. CEBS certification and manufacturing experience desired.
