We currently have a need for Human Resource professionals. We are looking for the following characteristics;

?At least 7 years of experience specializing in compensation, benefits or serving as a HR Generalist
?BA/BS degree (Required)
?Professional designation preferred (CCP, SPHR, PHR)
?Thorough knowledge of industry best practices and standards
?Knowledge of large ERP systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Lawson)
?Expertise in MS Access and Excel to perform modeling and projections
?You must be authorized to work in the U.S. Local candidates only.
